Our Sponsored Service Leadership Programs (SLPs)
The Kiwanis Club of Tamarac proudly sponsors Service Leadership Programs (SLPs) that empower children, teens, and adults to lead through service. From elementary school through adulthood, our sponsored clubs provide members with opportunities to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and make a meaningful impact in their schools and community. Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on service, our SLPs help shape the next generation of compassionate, engaged leaders.
K-Kids (6-12 yrs)
K-Kids is a global student-led program that provides members with learning and experiences to build character, improve communities and gain leadership skills through service.
Aktion Club (Coming Soon)
Aktion Club is a Kiwanis service program designed specifically for adults with disabilities to develop leadership skills, build self-esteem, and serve their communities.
Builders Club (11-14 ys)
Builders Club is a Kiwanis Service Leadership Program for middle years/middle school age students. Club members learn about their interests and talents as they make friends. Their experiences help them develop a passion to serve, skills to lead and the ability to engage and collaborate with others.
Key Club (14-18 yrs)
Key Club is a student-led, high school organization. Our members make the world a better place through service. In doing so, we grow as individuals and as leaders by answering the call to lead, summoning the courage to engage and developing the heart to serve.
